Yes, we offer high-quality timber, black, and white frames. All framed orders arrive ready to hang, featuring professional finishing and shatter-resistant acrylic glass.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for framed orders as these are custom-made by our local craftsmen.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please note that custom-made frames and personalized prints are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How are the prints packaged to prevent damage?
Unframed prints are rolled in heavy-duty protective tubes, while framed art is secured with corner protectors and shipped in reinforced double-walled cardboard boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to selected countries including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
