At Papier Hq, we want you to be completely enamored with your new home decor; if you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please note that custom-made prints and personalized stationery are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring that art prints and frames are adequately padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping Your Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
